Payment and Refund Policy

Ronin Protection Solutions Inc. Payment Policy

All classes at Ronin Protection Solutions Inc. must be paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures that your registration is confirmed and that class materials and rosters are prepared accordingly.

Payments can be made online using Debit or Credit cards through our secure payment portal. Alternatively, payments can be made in person at our office, located at 400 12th St STE 25, Modesto, CA, using Cash or Money Order. The office is open Monday to Friday for appointments from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Important Policy Details:

1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, you may reschedule for a future date or apply your payment as a credit toward a future class of equal or lesser value.
2. Timeliness: Students must arrive on time for their scheduled classes. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
3. Walk-Ins: Walk-in attendees or those attempting late registration will not be guaranteed a seat.
4. Class Cancellations: If a class is canceled by Ronin Protection Solutions Inc., you may choose to have your payment refunded or applied as a credit toward a future class.
